Course Description

During this motivating and engaging seminar, we'll help you clarify your own definition of motivation, how it can be used to observe behaviors, and how to elicit desired behaviors from your employees. Using real world examples, the instructor brings "motivation" into focus merging theory and application. This fascinating course uses participant interaction and participation to keep things light, fun, and engaging. Small groups, discussions, your motivation questions and practical application are mainstays of this course.
